I arrived at the hotel at 7:30pm and my room wasn’t ready. Staff told me 30 minutes. I went across the street to eat and waited a hour . When I got back my room was still not ready. Myself and other guests were waiting in the lobby. I finally get a room which keys didn’t work and I was given a master key for all rooms. At 12am to ken workers from the hotel attempted to enter my room but the inside lock stopped them. When I approached the door they stated they did not know anyone was in this particular room because this was not my original. Very scary moment for me and my kids in the middle of the night . We had just flown into New Orleans and drove to new roads .

The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The ac in my room was amazing. I usually have to bring a fan with me when staying in hotels but this room had me freezing! It’s was nice.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Within walking distance of a Walmart and places to eat. Very good breakfast buffet.
